To return a product at RK Computers, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us by phone 1-866-760-4998 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:- Invoice number

Your return merchandise authorization number RMA number is valid for 15 days from the date issued. Returns must be received by us within that time. After 15 days, a new RMA# must be obtained.
Due to manufacturers policies, the following items are non-returnable: Software, retail boxed processors, tray processors, Manufactures Pre-Configured Notebooks, Manufactures or vendors notebook extended warranty's, blank media cartridges, printer cartridges, Routers, digital cameras, notebook batteries, parts or accessories shipped from a third party and CPU's. In the unlikely event these items do not function upon arrival please contact us by phone 1-866-760-4998 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an RMA. All other items, unless explicitly stated otherwise, may be returned within 15 days from the original ship date. There are no refunds or credits issued 15 days after the ship date. Once RMA arrangements have been made, returns/refunds must be received by RK Computers within 20 days of the original ship date.
Due to manufacturer and vendor policies notebook extended warranty purchases are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied for returns, at RK Computers discretion. Additional fees will be enacted for CPUs. Original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product(s) to RK Computers. The customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment; these costs are non-refundable. If the customer is returning the item for repair/replacement, the customer may be assessed additional freight and service charges if RK Computers determines the item is N.T.F. ( no trouble found ).
Orders that were paid by credit card will be refunded by check or back to the original card used, orders paid by check, money order, cashiers check, or wire transfer will be refunded by check. Refunds will be processed promptly and normally take 7 to 21 days from receipt of the return.
All sales that are shipped outside the United States are final, for warranty coverage outside the USA it is the customers is sole responsible for shipping the product(s) to and from RK Computers.
Notebook Return Policy
RK Computers custom configured notebooks are refundable up to the 15th day from your order ship date and will include a 15% restocking fee. Notebooks purchased as barebone units are not returnable once they have been either opened or assembled. Barebone notebooks that are unopened can be returned as per our notebook return policy. Once RMA arrangements have been made, returns/refunds must be received by RK Computers within 15 days of the original ship date. Products must be received in as new condition to be eligible for a refund. If you purchased any software; Windows® operating system, office, or any pre-installed or boxed software, you may return it only if the sealed packaging containing the CD's are unopened. Any software that has been activated, registered, or opened cannot be accepted for a refund.
Pre-Configured Brand systems (Asus Ensemble, MSI Brand systems, etc.) are not returnable and are warranted-supported directly through the manufacture.
All returns will be tested and inspected for physical damage and must be in compliance with the terms listed below, physical damage, tampering, or misuse will void the warranty and will not be accepted for return.
- Product original boxes and any packing materials must be returned un-damaged, and cannot be torn, cut, or marked.
- All manuals, documentation, cables, CD's, adapters, accessories that were included must be returned in as new condition.

Shipping Your Product
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned or repaired items.
We suggest when shipping to RK Computers or the manufacture you use the original packaging if available. If it is no longer available make sure it is packaged and insulated properly.
When you ship your product(s) to RK Computers for repair or return we are not liable for freight/shipping damage. We recommend that you insure your shipment in the event it becomes damaged in-transit to us or the manufacture.
