  If I purchase just the "Barebone Notebook" does it include the Fan/Heatsink assembly? Yes, all "Barebone" models include the Fan/Heatsink assembly.

  Do you accept international orders?: Yes, for international orders please follow this link and order information can be found here: International Orders

  How do I know if the product(s) are in stock? All notebooks, components, and accessories advertised on our site are in stock unless "No Stock" or "Out Of Stock" is displayed. We do not advertise any items that we do not have in our inventory.

  How much time do you need to process my order before it is shipped? Parts and accessories will usually ship the next business day. Barebone and custom configured systems are assembled and tested and ship in 3-4 business days. RK Computers will do its best to insure the quickest possible processing of every order. You may experience delays if there are any problems with the processing or verification of your billing / shipping address or credit card information. Please keep in mind that we do not process orders on weekends or observed holidays.

  Can I place a "Rush Order"? Yes, in most cases we can meet your deadline. Please email or contact us by phone first if your require your order to be expedited. We do not charge any "Rush Order" fees!

  Do you charge for assembling systems? No, our price includes assembly, testing, and configuration of our notebooks.

  Can I purchase just the Barebone notebook? Most systems are available as just the Barebone units.

  Do I still have warranty coverage if I purchase just the Barebone notebook computer? Yes the manufactures warranty is one year, Additional one, and two-year warranty's are available and must be purchased at the invoice date of the original sale. Unlike other online resellers support and warranty service is provided by us.

  What brand components do you use in your notebooks? We only use hard drive, memory, wireless, processor, and optical components from major manufactures like; Kingston, Transcend, Toshiba, Hitachi, Seagate, Intel, AMD, and many others.

  How difficult is it to assemble my Barebone notebook, and do you have assembly guides? Most models have assembly guides available. .By completely following the assembly guides step by step you should not encounter any problems. We suggest letting us assemble your notebook so that we can fully test and configure it for you.  Click here to download assembly guides.

  If I have any questions or need help while assembling my notebook can I contact you? Yes, we can offer you some assistance/help while you are assembling your notebook.

  If I cannot install the parts in my Barebone notebook can I send it back to you for assembly? Yes if you find it too difficult we would rather you let us assemble and test it for you. There is a $25.00 charge for assembling a notebook with customer supplied parts that has already been delivered. You are responsible for the shipping charges.

  What is your return policy? Our return policy can be viewed here  

  Do you charge sales tax?: Orders set to ship to the State of New York are subject to sales tax under all applicable state laws. Orders set to ship to states and territories outside of the state of New York will not be charged any taxes by RK Computers. For out-of-state tax liabilities that may exist, please contact your local Governmental Tax Agency for more information.

  What payment methods do you accept?: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Bank Check, and Bank Wire Transfer. Outside the US we can only accept bank wire transfer. International orders cannot be placed through our online store, please contact us with the product and shipping country and we will email you a quote.

  When do you charge my credit card? Your credit card will be charged immediately upon receipt of your order, so that we can begin processing.

  Can you accept credit cards outside the USA? We will only accept credit cards issued by a bank or other financial institution within the USA or Canada. Canadian customers, we must be able to verify address information with your bank to authorize and process your credit card orders. For orders outside the USA and Canada we can only accept bank wire transfer. International orders cannot be placed through our online store, please contact us with the product and shipping country and we will email you a quote.   Can you ship to an address other than my billing address? No, we are not able to ship to an address other than your billing address. We can only ship orders to the billing address your bank has on file. If you require your product(s) shipped to address that is different than the billing, contact your issuing bank and request that they add an alternate shipping address to their records. When shipping to an alternate address please provide the issuing bank phone number in the order comments section of your order This one step helps us cut down on fraud, and enables us to provide our customers with the lowest price possible.

  What are my shipping method choices? RK Computers ships all orders FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Canadian orders are shipped USPS Global Express or UPS. Charges are based on FedEx, UPS or USPS current rates plus shipping insurance. Click here for RKC shipping information

  If I Purchase An Operating System Do I Receive The Product CD? Yes, you will receive the Genuine Microsoft® Windows® CD for the version of Windows® or Office that you purchased.

  Back orders?: Any items that are not available will be listed as no stock, if for any reason we do not have the item that was ordered you will be contacted immediately. We will not place any backorders without your approval.

  How do I check my order status?: By logging into your account you can view the current status of your order. For notebook orders you will also be able to view the progress of your notebook build.
